Martin Kpebu has not committed any crimes or corruption to be summoned to the OSP . He criticized the incompetence of the OSP and the SP and if they both have issues with Kpebu’s criticism, they can sue him with defamation. His arrest is wrong and he deserves an apology. Infact the OSP and the Kissi Agyabeng have failed to deliver and the SP must be replaced immediately.
