  Should the CEO of GNPC who authorised the usage of money meant for common fund or whatever also be put before the courts for causing financial loss? I am not surprised that there is a sharp decline in the operations at the WCTP2 facility. Why wont there be a decline when all the proceeds from the sale of oil and gas is seen by GNPC staff as the source of their salary, thus, all of it must be 'eaten'. Greedy and foolish Africans, especially Ghanaians. All they know is to grab and grab and grab to buy flashy cars, build houses and show off at church as being successful people. "Bome sikatuo" comes to mind. Hahahahaha. Tweeea. This is what our so-called banks also do. All they do with our savings in the banks is to use it for their allowances and salaries. Now that a lot of people are not saving in the banks, they are crying and begging people to come and save. Nonsense. They will go hungry.

  The exploration was stopped when CPP government was overthrown on 24th February, 1966.
