This judgement is baseless. Ridiculous should have been given ten years. In four years time, he will come out and attack again. The policeman should be transferred immediately.

That unemployed useless fool should have been sentenced to 15 years of Hard Labor without the possibility of a parole. He should be chained at the wrist and legs and be made to do heavy duty work throughout his Prison time. I think he should be chained and made to work for 10 hours daily.The Prison Officer who accompany him during his detention and work schedule should be accompanied by a vicious Police dog which only understands the voice of a Police Officer and recognizes his uniform.
He can be made to do his Sentence at the Police, Military Barracks and Markets and Toilet Facilities in town. He should be given just 30 minutes break where he takes his lunch. Please make his conditions horrible for him. Let him clean very dirty places and threaten him with the vicious Police Dog. He will become converted in just a week. Make sure he is made miserable. If he tries to fool around, just let the Police Dog teach him how to respect. After three months, he will become sober. Don’t let him be free with the Police Dog and don’t let him have rests. If he tries to be lazy, just release the Police Dog to give him a few bites.
I can say that the Guy is evil and dangerous if he can treat a Police Officer with such cruelty. Treat him so horribly that he will forget his Date of Birth and even his Mother’s name. Please, show him no mercy.

The conviction should have been for attempted murder, and the appropriate sentence given. This convict attacked the police officer twice, and succeeded in causing serious injury on the second attempt. There is no doupt that he would have killed the police officer if he had not been to partially restrain the attacker. After only four years, the convict is likely to return to the streets unreformed.
