Be frank by telling them you are broke instead of such a useless gimmick from the CAGD
You hit the nail on the head!In any case which are the allowances involved? Workers will take half of their pay this month. The obvious explanation will be that the allowances were not included. God save Ghana!
Teaching is difficult yet government dont take them serious.
