In broad terms, the role of religion is to help people understand the reasons and purpose for their existence in the world, answer questions about the origins of life, explain the afterlife and spiritual realm, define the nature of deity, clarify if God exists, who He is, and how humans can relate to Him. Abrahamic Religions
The three chief Abrahamic religions are Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. These faiths identify Abraham as their first prophet, patriarch, and founding earthly father. All originated in the Middle East and are monotheistic, meaning they believe in one God. Christianity has its roots in Judaism, and then Islam developed from them.

Also either any wards that wanted to enroll their wards should be ready to convert to their faith, as well as being mute about the pork meat served in the canteen, so as has been practiced in the school.
Enrolling in the school and doing the opposite will be considered as disobedience, indiscipline, and Disorderly conduct to the authority of the school

So after all the paa-paa prestige status of Wesley Girls, they cannot prove to be civilized enough to tolerate young students of other religious ethics in their midst? What a shame. Their attitude reminds me of signages that were posted at public places not too long ago in Western societies that read, "Niggers and dogs not allowed" or when a black man, upon responding to an advert for rental space, is told in the face by the white owner that, black people are not welcome in the neighborhood. Likewise how can Wesley Girls spouse similar acts of bigotry, self-importance, contemptuous conceit and old-school pomposity?

I would have thought that in the spirit of "God created all men equal" and "Love thy neighbor as thyself" etc, Wesley Girls would have rather attempted to make the Quantum leap of proving that we are all only but human, by accepting students of other creeds into their fold. The school would have earned even greater prestige and respect without losing even a feather from their cap.

After all what!? Isn't it former students of Wesley Girls who upon being given the opportunity of high office in recent years, inflicted so much damage and suffering to the people of this country? Come on, get down from your high horses and be real.

Some of us grew up to respect and admire Wesley Girls to the high heavens and I wish they would keep that image of reverence rather than that of the ugly spectacle that they are currently making of themselves.

We are, after all, only but human.

Are we saying all mission Schools, including Islamic Schools should allow students from traditional religious background to establish shrines on their various campuses in the name of freedom of religion?
If that is the case, then, we are heading towards confusion.

The minister should understand that Wesley Girls Senior High School, established by the Methodist Church is a private institution of the Methodist Church. If Muslims in the School believe that they are being restricted, they can leave and go to a secular School established by the government or Islamic School.

We may need to tread cautiously as a nation over the Wesley Girls issue. If every student is given a space to practice his or her religion in their various schools, soon we will have students requesting for space to build shrines in Islamic institutions. I hope when we get to that point our Muslim brothers will peacefully honour that request without violence.
