We like going on unnecessary strikes. Ghanaian workers MUST be told that they cannot strike and still collect full pay. Their unions are supposed to pay them for the days they did not work, that is what union dues are for.

This CETAG problem has been there for years. Government should try to pay them at least the All year round work, and their book and research allowance first and later stagger the remaining demands. There was peace when the colleges were Diploma awarding but praise singing and votes made some fools say they should be degree awarding. As for Napo and his arrogant catarrh nose is legendary. He has shared the colleges of education to several universities bringing about confusion and varied standards. When UCC were the only affiliate things were better.
