    Dismiss them all. In the UK, workers on strike are paid by their union. This is needed in Ghana

    We like going on unnecessary strikes. Ghanaian workers MUST be told that they cannot strike and still collect full pay. Their unions are supposed to pay them for the days they did not work, that is what union dues are for.

    The Lecturers there deserve better. Is it a crime to be a teacher in Ghana? Politicians get rich within the shortest possible time while the civil servant struggle to build a single house to retire peacefully.
