In the first place why will the shop not refund the money if the product is not to my satisfaction. It is a wake up call to Ghanaians.

We need the clarification because the report failed to mention such basic things and also indicate whether it’s the Police that charged him for court or the military police though the latter isn’t mandated to initiate criminal actions

This is a very big mistake on the part of the Military. The incident happened in the barracks, and in the military structure, though civilians were involved. The military high command should have charged him and tried him either summary or court martial and award appropriate punishment instead of handing him over to the civil court.
Does it mean the military is loosing its powers of trying soldiers through court martial?
Then what happens to the powers in Act 105 (1962) that empowers the military court martial to sentence someone to death? The military has always sentenced people into prison or dismissed them through court martial. A clear example was Col Festus Aboagye was was dismissed from the military through court martial because he slapped someone, a civilian in the barracks. So what has happened now?
Military should not loose its powers.
