  In my opinion governments should begin to think outside the box by using such monies to start farms at our shallow ocean and ocean fronts that will create massive jobs for the youth in the country as well. Than pumping all the millions of dollars in only fuel consuming engines which swallow monies air for a little profit.

  Then implement a path for all students for the tertiary program to do at least one year of agriculture training, either farming, fishing, poultry and the rest for free tertiary studies IN GHANA. DO NOT INCLUDE GALAMSEY IN THIS TRAINING. GOT THAT? Follow the Nkrumah plan just as Burkina Faso is doing. I have more to discuss. Let this sink in first. Ok
