Seriously you disappointed Ghanaians in this particular incident. I say this because you had knowledge of the numers of applicants. Yet you didn't design any policies or procedures to handle the influx. Come again, my Brother. We all make mistakes in life.

  The state should take its obligations and responsibilities seriously. Why should future soldiers pay fees for forms so that they might get a job in the military? Do you know what it means to be a soldier? Please don't be fooled! There is a social welfare ministry in the country that has no meaning. The citizens do not receive any social welfare or similar from the state and most of them are job seekers who have no income, how are they supposed to pay for the forms? Are we distributing the national cakes equally?
