Yes, Indeed Jesus said so on many occasions but in parables (as was his custom or practice). For instance, He spoke about destroying the Temple and building it in 3 days. He also said that his followers would have to eat his flesh and drink his blood. At the ladt supper, He talked about a New Covenant, which was to be sealed with his Blood. Study the season, day and stuff surrounding the offer of the sacrificial lamb during the Passover celebrations in the Old Testament and compare with those of Jesus' Death on the Cross.

And stop swallowing every philosophy or teaching you see on social media. Study the Bible.
