Ghana will lose the case that is why the AG is afraid to file a response. The way the Supreme Court handled her case was very abysmal and shameful.

The court judgement already shows she lost in advance. The ecowas court cannot order the constitution of Ghana around, she has to prove beyond reasonable doubt that due process was not followed
