  Kevin okyere has been arrested in dubai on fraud charges involving Petraco SA. He knowingly purchased oil from Petraco on behalf of BOST. The $ 30m was paid by bost 18 moths ago but he refused to pay Petraco. The case has been going in a British court for one year. Additionally he borrowed $100 m from Petraco and refused to make payments despite several calls from Petraco. So he's now in custody in dubai awaiting extradition to the UK for trial!!!

  Springfield Oil Trading has legal issues, not Springfield Exploration.

  The Government can achieve all their stated objectives listed in the statement WITHOUT "taking over" the company. The company needs Government support which can be offered in exchange for a representation on Springfield board and an agreed return to Government for a limited period.
  The Government should not appear to be acting like a predator.
