This is my guess, which I think is a good one: Sticka has an inferiority complex, looking at his build. The woman in question looks beautiful and the wife of an NDC senior official. So Sticka in his infantile head says ok "lemme prove to them that despite my lack of Handsomeness a diminutive size I once dated this beautiful woman, who now happens to be the wife of an NDC official" and actually impugn infidelity on the part of the woman with him.
