Nothing new. This diabolical practice goes way back to the Busia administration when that government distributed tractors to NPP Ministers who then resold them to NPP loyalists. Nothing but an elephant's disease that these politicians just can't seem to get rid of. While exposing these past corrupt deeds of thieving government officials, it will help the country if this current administration and Parliament will work together to make government more open. It makes no sense for politicians and government officials to keep the business of the people of Ghana closed, thereby making it easy for them to engage in corrupt activities and then using the lack of transparency to mask those corrupt activities.
