THAT MAKES A LOT OF SENSE, DUNNO WHY YOU WOULD HAVE A TAX ON MINING EXPOLATION ,WHEN IT BENIFITS THE COUNTRY WITH ROYALITIES..DUMB DECISION IF EVER THERE WAS ONE..
