  Irrelevant! Any proper study on food items on the Ghanaian market will show that over 90% of food items sold on our markets are unwholesome. Any person who is very concerned about their health cannot find any uncontaminated food item to buy from our markets. Aside spraying these food items e.g. vegetables with dangerous chemicals, food handling at our markets is not worth talking about. Fresh food items are sold on the ground. Traders use unconventional methods to preserve food items. Who doesn't know that farmers use carbide to ripen vegetables and fruits?
  I visited Kumasi recently and went to the Komfo Anokye Hospital. There I saw nurses in uniform buying Kooko from an unkempt woman under a tree adjacent the Nursing Training College; what are you talking about? We have heard enough, we want actions and examples. Generally, food items on our markets are unwholesome.

  Ghana medical association , dietician and nutritionist never cease to amaze me.. Chief amongst them is Pro. Frimpong Boateng, the cardiologist . He was telling ghanafour on once upon a time the only national television that he will never eat an egg but will rather give it to a child . The good old Prof.was wrong then and still wrong today. Scientific research on consumption of eggs debunks what the Prof said. This medical and health associations have no clue when it comes to proper way of farming . These association and the
  so call experts have been in existence since the days of Kwame Nkruma and yet cannot point to themselves and their sick clients where produce are verifiable and wholesome . Untill these experts and these medical and health association roll out pragmatic ideas and policies to themselves and to the government , they should give us a break. I have taken time to view the picture of the article , I see avocado, I see spring onion, I see all these beautiful fruits and vegetables which are not easily available in the market.
  Where will l get avocado to buy in Ghana in this time of the year ? I am pissed off.
