Honestly speaking, Baker-Vormawor has spoken the truth in the strictest sense. There are questions: Would this approach not become hereditary and a sense of belonging by beneficiaries and generation after generation? Or would this become a one time package for the only victims of this particular exercise? Would this approach not compromise the strict military recruitment protocols or practices which have stood the test of time? Won't this go to establish a precedent or a practice that we may not be able to dismantle when found being abused? Are those individuals to be taken or brought in to replace the victims go through the strict recruitment procedures and requirements? Are there no other alternative ways to express national grief and remorse for the poor arrangement and professional deficiency that resulted in such incident? In the strictest sense, this arrangement to settle for the grief, and to appease the unfortunate incident must not in anyway compromise the security of the recruitment process. In another sense, Baker-Vormawor is right!

Assuming a private school proprietor organized a school event in which 2 kids died. Wouldn't they be standing trial now? Who stands for trial in this case?
