The very fact that his first reaction is to rather seek a possible alibi of innocence from the accusation in the lottery system of law, instead of approaching the family like a confident innocent man to explain or iron out any possible misconception concerning the allegation, gives him away. This view is highly enforced by the shenanigans of the lady in question who has decided not to cooperate with any DNA test as the final arbiter of this most unfortunate matter.
