  The main reason why President Mahama and his NDC don't want to continue Agenda 111 hospital, is their fear of being caught.They can't inflate the cost bcoz Ghanaians know how much Akuffo Addo spent

The foundation of these Hospitals are there, why dont you complete all.We start another 6, it cannot be completed in four years and the tax payers Money is just wasted for nothing.

  These are not abandoned projects, as the Minister is claiming, they were ongoing projects until NDC came to power. If they are indeed abandoned, then it is the NDC that has abandoned them. Government is a continuum, so the NDC must stop the gimmicks and continue where the previous government left off.
  
  The government should learn this from Stephen Covey and prioritize to complete all uncompleted projects before it starts new ones:
  “The key is not to prioritize what’s on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities.”
  
  The Minister, as an accountant, is expected to know the cost of abandoning those projects to the nation. It makes no economic sense therefore to abandon projects that are above 50% complete, to start new ones that may not be completed within a year.
