If is 2000 applicant u want to screen; as they submit their application online give them special code let say 0001-0200 gather at this venue on a specific date for screening. Next batch 0201-0400 meet this date for screening gradually everything is done through the process selected individuals are picked. It does not make any sense that u sell 1500 or 2000 forms so all applicant should gather at a particular place for screening how can we get the best out of these poeple or are we using AI robotic machines to screen them. We can do better prevent unnecessary casualties like this
