It’s rather unfortunate that we lost Omane Boamah who was a gem and could have managed this stamped brouhaha with ease and alacrity.
There has been too much of workload for Cassiel Ato Forson.
Risk assessment is a primary tool for safety therefore carrying out any tasks need risk reassessment. For example take it that you want to carry a bucket of heated water to the bath house to bath though such a simple task: one would NEED TO DO A RISK ASSESSMENT of moving the bucket of hot water in the bucket safely to the bath house without the risk endangering yourself in sustaining burns and scalds.
Even at the bathroom having moved the bucket with the hot water safely there, one would still have to add cold water to this water to suitable uptimum temperature before one starts bathing. A very simple task but has been governed by the PRINCIPLES AND FACTORS OF RISK REASSESSMENT.
GHANA should therefore be seen as a COAT OF MANY COLOURS when we bring our individual expertise uplift. Whether doctor , lawyer, Engineer , politician, entrepreneur etc when we all bring our expertise to bear equals nation building.
The tribal bigotry on social media like this is rather divisive and must stop. Which ever social class you belong let us come together to build and develop Ghana to remarkable progress.
In short: tribal bigotry and discrimination = division.
Bringing all and sundry our expertise together (GHANA A COAT OF MANY COLOURS) = building our nation to remarkable heights and prosperity/ progress.

Everything we do on this earth involves risk assessment; even before we eat our food we risk assess for safety some of which are: you ask yourself, is food am going to eat wholesome? Is it contaminated, or well cooked? etc. The elements of risk assessments are necessary for our day to day tasks and security. A recruitment process therefore will even require vigorous risk assessments for the thousands recruits with its attendance challenges.
It will be easier to handle the numbers by putting in batches on different dates. So next time all the recruits should be placed in batches to facilitate easy handling of the crowd and huge numbers.
It’s rather unfortunate that we lost former ministry of defence, Dr Omane Boamah a gem, who was a medical doctor by profession , could have planned better because of his expertise , more orderly steps of the recruitment methodology to avert this unfortunate incident.
Dr Cassiel Ato Forson could do equally well but appears to be overwhelmed with workload which I know the president is aware of but may be is taking his time to do the needful of getting another very competent fellow to Mann the defence ministry.
