Maintaining the first draft is the way forward , we should not review it . If Investor don't like it they can go.

It is better we allow our minerals to be buried underground, after all it doesn't have any expiring date. Who knows, the country may have gotten a superior technology to mine it on our own by the time that we want to explore it.

But to simply agree to an absolute Royalty reduction is either dumb or is tied to corruption and it will rob the country of much needed revenues.
