Akufo-Addo was a galamsey enabler while Mahama is seriously fighting against galamsey. The days of galamsey operators in Ghana are limited.

A president cannot swear in members of a security force and will not condemn any attack on these galant men . What if these soldiers went back to the town to retaliate or decide to abandon their mission for lack of support from the president and parliament. As a commander in chief, you cannot sit back and watch your soldiers being attacked by thugs.

After that set up a broad-based non-partisan committee to validate all mining incenses to ascertain the genuine ones and award them new certificates, after sanity has been restores to our forests and river bodies.
