  John Mahama stated clearly in his book titled, "My first coup d'etat" that the toughest thing for him is to think through issues and yes, he is exhibiting that as we speak. Mahama cannot lead two goats to graze and bring them back alive because a three-month old hyena will scare Mahama and leave the goats to the mercy of the hyena.
  
  Right now, Goosie Tandor is in charge of 24-hour economy, and what is there to see, nothing. Now, Mahama is going to use the taxpayer's money for another useless project that will not see the light of day.
