Whoever conceived the naive idea that a single individual appointed by a president, and given the freehand to handpick his lackeys as subordinates could embody courage, fairness and clear, impartial perspectives in fighting the hydra-headed problem of corruption should be surcharged for causing financial loss to the state. It is not a problem of Kissi Agyabeng per se but the entire architecture of the OSP. Anyone would struggle in Agyabeng's stead. So, let's call OSP a bad experiment and scrap the damn thing!
