  I respect COP decision but some of us feel they could have done better with that money. They could have established National Apprenticeship centers, in all regions.That would have served as Non-residential centres to train young prisoners. By adding some free meal daily,that would draw them closer to the church.

You claim to be a member and you don't know the church is doing well by putting up vocational training institutions. Can he money used to put up the prison build vocational schools in a our district? Are those suffering in prison don't need our support?
