When the behaviour, speech and outburst of a person on a committee brings the committee of which he is a member into disrepute, that person must be removed as a committee member.
When parliament cannot control and punish its members who misbehave, how can the same parliament make laws and rules for members of society to respect, be punish for breaking them and made to reform.
An institution that cannot reform itself should not demand from society to reform.
