You are wrong. I have lived long enough to be now totally convinced that those who do evil will pay for their deeds starting here on earth. The reason people SEEM to get away with it is because often retribution is delayed, sometimes for a few decades even but it always comes. Also, I have seen people do evil to others and end up setting up trouble for their own families and offspring- some people say sometimes that is how people set up a "generational curse".
For years I pondered over this often seeming delay in people getting their just punishment for their evil deeds and I am now convinced that the God of Heaven whose mercy is beyond human comprehension often GIVES MEN TIME TO REPENT and turn away from their wicked ways because He knows that when final judgement comes the consequences for transgressors will be eternal damnation.
In the Holy Scriptures Proverbs 11 talks about the fate of the righteous vs that of evildoers. The same views are expressed in Psalm 1, Psalm 23 Psalm 34 and Psalm 37.

Either the NDC man was trying to bribe the late Murtala to not expose him for his purchase of CSIR lands or was attempting to bribe the late minister for the opportunity to buy CSIR lands under the late Murtala which he could not have happened since the passing of the minister.

The question for you Solomon Owusu is explain or provide logical sequence of events that could explain why the NDC man was offering a bribe for purchase of CSIR lands or that has not taken place. Why would the NDC man with money to spare give his bribe money to another NDC man to hive to the late minister? Did the NDC man acting as a middle man or facilitator/conduit for the bribe know if the minister was corrupt, capable of corruption or prone to corruption that is why he was playing the role?

There are 2 other possible scenarios that could make sense: The NDC man who was attempting to bribe the late minister Murtala has already made the CSIR land purchase from someone but afraid of being exposed by a principled minister Murtala; there has not been an NDC person appointed prior to the appointment of the late Murtala. If the NDC man had previously purchase CSIR lands then it could only have happened during the 8-year Akufo-Addo/Dr. Bawumia government because he would otherwise have been exposed by the NPP government.
