I am just hoping there is no huge contract behind the scenes milking the country.

Add online validation and checks for the police and stop filling our windshields with stickers.

Police should be able to check without looking for stickers which could also be fake all the time.
And police should be able to tell if our license is active or expired by just entering our phone numbers or ghana card or any means without insisting on carrying cards and temporary notes around.
