  Not all Immigration Officers are decent. We never had a Nigerian prostitution problem on our beach until an Immigration Officer opened a bar on our beach. Many of the bar owners allege that he extorts G5,000 - G15,000 monthly from them by threatening to frame them with his girls. Someone caught him on tape, so now he is on "extended vacation", whereabouts unknown.
  
  His bosses hid him. Why? Why should we not all conclude they are also hiding other criminal actors?
