He should rule Ghana like a military regime, locking up corrupt officials, collecting stolen monies, adding them to the consolidated funds, and publicly telling Ghanaians what he is doing with the monies in the consolidated funds. He should resist all temptations, means of going to the capital market for loans and look inwards to manage the economy, live within our means be an independent country and people. He should look at the budget, not, never allow over budgeted and borrow to supplement the budget, it is nonsensical, it breeds corruption, it never worked over the the past 50 years, nearly 40 percent of the budgeted money is stolen by officials anyway. The president should maintain the economy over everything else, any development, lower inflation, 5% or lower, lower interest rate, 10% or lower, excellent Cedi rate against the US dollar, $1 to 7 or 8 Cedis, and GPD of over 7%.
The president should open our borders to investors, making it easy to travel to Ghana, visa free, make it easy for African Americans to gain Ghanaians Citizenship, look for low hanging fruits and work on them instead of borrowing money left and right, and people stealing the lot with no work done over the past 50 years, it is not worthy. Ensure Ghana receives 40% on all mineral contracts across the country, and do not allow any foreign investor to freely ship oil, bauxite, cocoa, etc from Ghana, it must be done by the government like goldboard, end of investors abuse, stealing.

Not every military leader but a leader who will bring development to the people. Why is Ibrahim Traore all over the place ? He's not the only military leader in Africa or in West Africa but why he stands out amongst others ? It's because he's developing the country with the little resources the country has and without foreign grants or loans. No IMF, no world bank and no France support whatsoever yet Ibrahim Traore is moving his country forward. Blood flowed in the name of corruption but corruption then has quadruple in all sphere of our lives. A civilian leader with that kind of quality leadership in Traore is lacking in Ghana. Remember that the spirit of leadership in Traore is not found in every soldier so coup d'etat doesn't bring development automatically. Coup d'etat and firing squad Ghana has experienced them yet things have not changed for better. We are the same people who became fed up with military governments and we all decided to go democratic government and fight for strong systems and governments.
