IN ACCRA ITS A COMMON PRACTICE ON MOST OF THE MAJOR ROADS WITH IT GETTING WORSE AS YOU APPROACH ABEKAH-LAPAZ SECTION OF N1 WHERE ITS BEEN ALLOWED FOR MARKETING OF USED GOODS THEREBY HINDERING EASY MOVEMENT OF VEHICLES AND PEDESTRIANS AND ALLOWING ACCESS TO LEGITIMATE STORE OWNERS WHO HAVE MUCH TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS IN THEIR STORES. THIS ACT OF ILLEGALITIES WORLD NOT HAVE HAPPENED UNDER THE WATCH OF RAWLINGS GOVERNMENT. ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT BOTH NPP/ NDC GOVERNMENTS HAVE NOT GOT THE WILL.TO IMPLEMENT THE BYLAWS OF MUNICIPAL TO STOP THESE ILLEGALITIES..TODAY IN GHANA ESPECIALLY IN THE RESIDENTIAL AREAS IE EAST LEGON ,NEW ACHIMOTA, OSU,LABONE ,KANDA CANTOMENTS LICENSES HAVE BEEN ISSUED TO, CHURCHES RESTAURANTS, BAR AND CLUB OPERATORS BY MUNICIPAL AUTHORITIES AND GHANA TOURIST BOARD TO OPERATE WITHOUT CONSIDERATIONS OF NOISE POLLUTION TO THE LEGITIMATE RESIDENTS.SOME OF THESE OPERATORS PLAY LOUD MUSIC OVER AND ABOVE DECIBEL SOUND LEVEL ALLOWED WITHIN THE LAW AND TIME OF CLOSURE.RESIDENTIAL PLACES IN ACCRA DEMARCATED FOR PEACE AND TRANQUILITY FOR LIVING HAVE NOW BECOME COMMERCIALISED WITH HIGH NOISE POLLUTION THAT.DO NOT ALLOW LEGITIMATE RESIDENTS TO ENJOY LIVING IN THEIR PROPERTIES. GOVERNMENT SHOULD WAKE UP AND IMPLEMENT THE BYLAWS TO CORRECT MANY OF THESE PROBLEMS THEY HAVE CREATED IN ACCRA, KUMASI.AND OTHER CITIES THROUGH CORRUPT ISSUANCE OF LICENSES AND PRACTICES BY THE AUTHORITIES.
