  The MOH says they do not host the data and you say they do. Which is which. Anyway being a Ghanaian does not mean the company is Ghana owned. It means nothing if as a so called Ghanaian the owner wants to rip us off.

What do you say? Don't you see some connivance between the Minister and GIA staff mostly NDC personnel to frustrate the old vendor and get the contract?

For your information, Accra RIDGE Hospital was running their system before they were bullied by the Ministry for LHIMS to take over. Most of you just think in NPP/NDC lines. Do you know the number of companies that were collapsed just for LHIMS to work? Out of the 450 facilities that LHIMS has done, more than 100 were running on HAMS (by infotechdotnet, a company in Kumasi), and more than another 100 were running on PHIS (by Progsoft, a company in Eastern Region). There were several other small and medium businesses that were crushed just for LHIMS to work for the politicians to make their money.

  All hospitals running LHIMS can confirm that, they all had WhatsApp platforms with these Indians on them who provide technical support. No Ghanaian knew how the software operated.
  All critical thinking and technical issues are addressed by those guys from India.
  Okoe-Boye knows but of-course, they are the political actors, expecting to be making monies while in opposition but Enfa.
  I repeat, the software development and all other technical issues are resolved by foreigners. Prominent amongst them are Mac Scofield (from US) and Aditya Patkar (from India). You people should stop fooling. We are not in 1930

  There is obviously a difference between the minister is saying and what Lightwave is saying which needs urgently clarification. Also it will be good to know the cost of switching to a new system? A name change of system can be done without necessarily moving to a new system. The overall cost of the system whether new or old should be taken into consideration so that we don't end up with financial loss to the state.

The Minister of Health is so inexperienced and causes blunders upon blunders. The problem is NDC got power lying about inexistent mistakes by NPP government. They are therefore at pains fishing for inexistent problems.
