In this case, the manufacturer, clearly has added these active ingredients which were never declared to FDA. Such products with undeclared actives are normally detected during market surveillance activities.

It's so sad in Ghana anybody at all can get up and bring out anything and call it herbal medicine. The saddest aspect is the because of money the scattered FM and TV stations advertise for without any authorization form the FDA. Most of these herbal medicine contain allopathic medicines, our politicians know but they keep quiet because of votes and sponsorship from these practicians. So in Ghana some unscrupulous persons have created prayer and herbal centers and the authorities sheepishly look on. A lot of people are people are dying or their situations made worse by these fake prayer and herbal centers, thanks to the unmonitored FM and TV stations.

Again how long does it take to medical research before it comes out. l put to the officials of FDA and their CEO ,that almost a lot of the HERBAL medicine are not tested or put in research before it comes out for public use. The government has to be serious about it. A lot of people are dead because of the stupidity that's going on at FDA. You can hear a lot of HERBAL MEDICINE on the market which it seems to be bad to be used.
