Now China is giving hope with mega infrastructural investments and making sure that those investments are followed through by taking charge of those important projects until its completion. On the other hand, Europe and other westerners give loans and pass behind our back to cut kick-back deals with corrupt politicians. A good example is the Nana Addo’s gov’t. They never follow up on those loans to see if their being used for the right purpose. Chinese loans don’t come with string attachments.
