Instead of getting the tiny details of the case to break it down for the readers, he has simply jumbled everything up and reposted as the information was handed to him from the court.   So Dagombas, Nanumbas and Mumprusi were living at Daboya modern day Savana region, and had fight with Gonjas who want to Kill them finish. They were running helter scattered when Konkombas came to their rescue and give them lands to settle. They even repel the Gonjas and Push them far away to Damango. When the British took over German lands after WWII these very people were allowed to be use as indirect rulers. After Independence nothing change and Achempoang government came and create paramount chiefdoms and even put Northern lands under stools/Skins occupied by these chiefs. Seeing the juicy and delicious systems, they fabricated history to look different and tell fallacious stories about who they are. I am shy and so ashame to learnt this. The nauseating about it is the propaganda they use. Posterity will judge them for such ungrateful act

  Don't blame the journalist. This production is pretty common practice. We are just intellectually lazy. And much of it is our educational system. It is the chew and pour that has disabled or impaired many for which it is had to make time to analyze a knowledge -piece. The writer could have gotten a lawyer to break the story into a very readable and comprehensive one as far as the matter that went to that is making news is concerned. The main matter against ASAMOAH Djan is still pending in court.

  This is the most archaic version of judicial jargon which is still being used by the judiciary in Ghana today. To the ordinary Ghanaian reader, it feels like reading Chinese with no proper understanding whatsoever. Politicians in Ghana speaks vocabulary that throws dust in the eyes of the ordinary Ghanaian and makes it difficult for them to break it down even when they are being robbed by the Politicians Vocabulary has become a means of robbery in Ghana public sector. What is the use of sending a message if the receiver doesn't know what to do with the message?? This is a sick country and a shithole one indeed. This is lazy journalism. The journalist should be invited by the useless OSP.
