  ORAL will not succeed because politicians do not have the commitment to make it work and they cannot stop their penchant for greed and corruption. Politicians set up such investigative bodies to fool the public and waste public funds. There are going to be delay tactics in prosecution to protect the scoundrels, so that they will in turn protect them . So it is a merry go round to keep some of these corrupt politicians in power. The NPP and the NDC are made up corrupt shameless individuals who are only in positions for themselves.
