THE BUILDERS--CONTRACTORS--WERE USING CHEAP BUILDING MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING, HENCE THE COLLAPSE. THAT IS THE MAIN CAUSE OF THIS CATASTROPHIC ACCIDENT.
That's why you don't have to buy a house. They build houses with organic material in the so call sand. No body test the concrete Strength. An elevated Floor concrete Strength is different.
