This accolades are actually disgrace to Ghana..imagine being the greatest gold producers in Africa and sixth in the word yet your citizens are suffering, no good roads, no standard healthcare system, your citizens are running away to foreign countries to be second class citizens..even mahama is currently selling Ghanaian nurses and healthcare into slavery because he can’t pay them..this accolades are actually a disgrace to Ghana..we shouldn’t be using them..
