    It's very shameful to the entire nation. Not that we don't need them but we don't have money to recruit them after wasting our resources to train them. Teacher /Students ratio &; Nurses/patients ratio is still too high.

    Why did we train them if there are no job for them? We could have used the resources for their training in other areas. May be road and hospital buildings.

    Having spent time in the Bahamas and being very familiar with the area , I must say it is a tiny country that cannot accommodate Ghanaian professionals.
