  Mr President the focus should be on what the country needs and not what some business people think is right for the country. You see business people need custom for their businesses. They will come up with all sorts of ideas. But might not be the best thing for the country at the moment. When you say smart transport what exactly does it mean? There has been so many unfinished initiatives by previous governments or administration because most the projects are not tenable except to enrich someone in the end. The government should not be persuaded by business without and within to initiate projects which sound good on paper but in reality it’s waste of the taxpayer money. Eg sky rail way.
  Focus, focus,focus !!! Railway transport from Tema to Tamale or beyond. Even if one project is done and done well, it’s better than scores of them but doesn’t benefit anyone end the end.
