  Why is it that such service wasn't conducted to give thanks to God when black stars failed to qualify for Afcon ? I'm asking because it's said that in all things we should give thanks to God, in good or bad times. Do we see God's hands only in qualifications? Has it happened elsewhere across the globe? We need to know if Ghana is the first country to do this or others do or have done it before.
