There comes a time when one has to make decision about a filanderer, so she may have ask for a divorce, but he didn't go through with it because he still wanted the marriage and his mistress. She has a right to have an autopsy conducted without consulting Lumba's relatives. Relatives have no greater right to decision-making regarding any post-mortem, nor does a wife have to inform relatives before any post-mortem can be conducted. The medical establishments that conduct post-mortem usually depend on the next-of kin to grant authorization or consent for a post-mortem to be conducted. If the wife later informed the relatives of the post-mortem, there's no reason for these relatives to be nagging her with their senseless bickering. When a husband or wife passes away, it's the surviving spouse who makes decisions on matters like the conducting of post-mortem, and that surviving spouse is not required to inform relatives of the deceased before making such decisions.
