In UK I just checked and Mp are jot entitled to annual leave, maternity leave, sick leave. They instead have leave during scheduled recess which everyone knows the dates. Also they are allowed to take time off to attend some ...

No, no, they should and must take their leave from when they are on recess. Ghanaians don't even take leave to go and rest; they even work more than their normal work schedule.
