This government should find a better way of stabiling our economy by producing items that can be exported abroad to generate more foreign exchange, instead of this lazy approach of our over reliance on foreign remittances.

@ Yes, take your money, when the cedi is strong it helps bring cost of living down, and what do mean by economic background? What is wrong with what I said, I can sense that you are greedy, am telling the BoG to rely on our gold to protect the cedi, what is your problem, do the US or where you leave receive remittances? they are relying on something to strengthen their currency so am saying the BoG should do same, now your remittances is not coming but the cedi is appreciating

Harness crypto or control it?! Code is law as well as enforcement, which the bank can't really do effectively by analogue means it through exchanges (self custody wallets). BOG shld create a state stablecoin, eCedi, backed by gold & dollar reserves. Remittances & foreign collateral will flock into Gh 4 the eCedi. IMF hasn't our back, but will rather put backdoor to syphon our wealth. It's just a chance to chop contract money, not help GH. Lazy thinking of our officials, whose stomachs depend on actually not thinking!
