  Good initiative, senseless implementation. Why distribute seedlings to farmers at the tail end of the rainy season? I am a coconut farmer and I know the best planting season for coconuts is end-April to May. In a country where irrigation is a taboo word (because farmers can not afford it) How does the government expect the farmers to keep these seedlings until the beginning of the plating season? if it is "overgrown", there is only a 5% chance that the seedling will do well. Oh Ghana!
