The unfortunate thing is we've not finished building our own, but we're still looking elsewhere to continue sending .This clearly shows that we are a Failed State.

Forgive him he never meant what he said.Why shd Ghana send our nurses that we've toiled to train to a poor country like Grenada?The Nurses/Patient ratio in Ghana is still far below accepted international standards yet.
