These days, It's a Shame that even the Leaders of the Government or the Political Parties or other Leadership have not come to the realization that a Child's Education up to Secondary School Level is a Public Mandate on the Government. When I was in Secondary School in the 1960's in Accra, my parents helped and paid for my Secondary education . But theses days, we should wake up in Ghana. Wake up Ghana and help these children . Good Economy is a Function of Good Education for all Citizens ( Not the Selected Few). God Help Ghana .
