My people should be educated that during such celebrations when some folk may be drunk, live bullets are not used in the celebrations. This is just Common Sense that people must know. For all one can know, he might have been drunk. Some time inside the Prison will teach him and others some sense.

Is the Bawku nonsense that has been going on before Ghana’s Independence one of victory celebrations or one of Ethnic Conflict? The stupidities that have been going on for more than about Seventy years is one of Ethnic Conflicts but not one of victory celebrations. If you are from that area, educate your people else you shall always be backward when it comes to National Development, and sharing the National Cake.

Such celebrations must as a matter of fact be done with empty shells, than shells with bullets.
The man has in the first place discharged live bullets that in the second place injured people.
It's a felony case of an attempt to murder and causing harm with bullets.
I wrote the other time that I have been with the musketeers of my stool on four occasions were they shoot with their muskets. The muskets were filled only with gunpowder, for the sound purpose and not to harm people.
So on all those four occasions not a single soul got injured.

Some of us are civilians who have undergone some of those trainings and are well aware of the dos and don'ts.
