Look for the most qualified people to do the work and don't make appointments based on party affiliation. It is high time we do away with excessive partisanship. Donald Trump appointed Robert Kennedy Jr as his Health Minister although Kennedy is not a known Republican. Similarly, Trump's Defence Minister was a broadcaster working in a Television Station but Trump appointed him to Head the defence ministry because he liked his views on issues related to defence. So far, the two gentlemen are doing well in their respective positions. We in Ghana too should look for the best and not confine ourselves only to party members.
